About us
The city's median year built is around 1938. That stock, plus lake-effect snow and damp basements, is why moisture finds its way into walls and sill plates here.

How we work
We start every job with a moisture meter. The mold you can see is the clue; the wet material behind it decides the scope.
You get photos, readings and a clear price before anything comes out of the wall. No surprise tear-outs.
When the source is a roof, a pipe or a grading problem, we say so and leave that repair to the right trade.

Our standards
Walls come open only where readings say they are wet.
Plastic and filtered air keep the rest of the house cleaner while we work.
We are not the roofer, the plumber or the foundation crew. We dry and clean what moisture reached.
Photos and notes go with you for insurance or the next trade.
